- Remove your contact lenses.
- Avoid using oils near the eye area, including oily makeup remover, cleansers, eye cream, sunscreen, for at least 24 hours beforehand.
- Make sure you remove any makeup residue from your eyes and refrain from tinting, perming, or wearing waterproof mascara at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- We also ask that you inform us of any recent eye infections, conjunctivitis, sore or swollen eyes, or laser surgery.
